Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for faster delivery
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Economical option with full tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.
International Shipping
For international customers:
- All customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare lower values
- Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your PHAO swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Key Return Information
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Face Masks (all types)
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange (name, size, color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved:
- Repackage items in their original packaging
- Include all tags and any free gifts received
- Do not attach labels or write on the original packaging
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a US-based return shipping address and instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- You’re responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the error was ours
- If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
