Returns & Exchanges Policy

At PHAO Swimwear, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction with our performance swimwear and accessories. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Key Information

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
  • Non-Returnable: Face Masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, please:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging
  • Include all tags and any free gifts received
  • Do not attach labels or write on the original packaging

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide you with a return shipping address (US-based) and instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the error was ours
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs duties and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot mark returns as “gifts” or undervalue items
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Face Masks (all types)

Swimwear with removed tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
